As mentioned, there are some features that you won’t see on the iTouch Watch compared to something from Apple or Google and so on. All iTouch smartwatches offer an LCD display but don’t go so far as to include a Retina or AMOLED display. They also lack the power of their more expensive counterparts, and only real models can make calls or let you answer messages. Usually, they’ll notify you when a call or message (or social media notification) comes in, but you’ll need to use your connected phone to respond.
Fitness tracking is also limited without heart rate alerts, fall detection, and emergency calls. You won’t be able to find any voice assistants with the iTouch smartwatch, either, and other features like tap-to-pay aren’t available. In other words, you won’t find a smartwatch with iTouch.
