Bollywood’s top divas Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt recently graced the new guests on Karan Johar’s talk show Koffee With Karan S8 E4. The story was leaked online, and since morning, the beauties have been the talk of the town for various reasons. While the Raazi actress won many hearts for being honest and owning up to questions, Bebo raised a lot of eyebrows when she opened up about her feud with Ameesha Patel and her collaboration with Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
For the uninitiated, the actress has exposed herself for being unfair and cruel to the famous filmmaker in the past. For those who don’t know, the competition started when Bebo auditioned for the screenplay of Devdas but was replaced by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Later, perhaps out of revenge, when Kareena Kapoor Khan was finalized for Deepika Padukone’s role in Ram Leela, she left the producer and walked out of the film 10 days before the film’s release date. However, later in an interview, Bebo called Sanjay Leela Bhansali a ‘nobody’ who kept chasing her, film after film. Criticizing the filmmaker, he called the director “disturbing” who did not stand by his word.
Not only did he vow not to work with him because he felt he had no ‘morals and principles in life’, adding that he has no morals.
Now, it seems like times have changed, and Bebo is apparently ready to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. During his recent appearance on Kofi Ndi Karan 8, when KJo asked who among Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan makes a good reputation for the filmmaker, he said in his opinion, “I still have the opportunity to work with him.”
After hearing her answer, Karan Johar mocked her and said, “Accha, aa gayi na line par.” Well, we say, GUTS!
Earlier in an interview with Indya.com, Kareena Kapoor Khan spoke deeply about her growing rivalry with SLB and said that even though he is the director and the flop actor, she will not work with him again. Breaking his silence to replace Devdas, he said, “He was the one who insisted that I was the right actor for his film. Sanjay had signed me to do the film, after which I had photographed him. Then he told me that he was taking someone else. His film did not promote me because I could not play Paro in any direction. I’m too young to play this part.”
Well, we hope that Sanjay Leela Bhansali watches Kareena Kapoor Khan say this so that we hear the next collaboration soon. Wouldn’t that be fun? What do you think? Tell us.
