Salman Khan’s roar was heard with his latest release, Tiger 3. Released during Laxmi Pujan, the spy thriller is doing the highest business at the Indian box office and entered the 100-crore club in just two days. This crazy run has helped the star consolidate his position at the top of the Star Ranking. Keep reading to find out more!
For the uninitiated, in Koimoi’s Star Power Index, aka Star Ranking, actors are given points based on their movies (Hindi) in coveted clubs like 100 crore club, 200 crore club, etc. For example, 100 points are given to a film in the 100 crore club, and so on. 50 points are given to each film in the top 10 grossers abroad.
Before Tiger 3, Salman Khan had 2550 points under his kitty, and with his latest film that entered the 100 crore club at the Indian box office, the actor has scored a new 100 points. So now he is standing 2650 points in the Stars’ Power Index. Although he was already at the top, these extra points widened the gap between him and Shah Rukh Khan.
Shah Rukh Khan has a dream run in 2023 as he has already delivered two blockbusters of all time with Pathaan and Jawan. Thanks to their great teams, this star has risen in the Star Ranking and currently occupies the second place. He stands on 2150 pointsand if they are counted, there is a difference of 500 points between him and Salman.

Meanwhile, Tiger 3 opened with 94 million gross at the worldwide box office to register the third biggest opening in Bollywood history. Jawan is on top and 129.60 million gross, while Pathaan is in second place with 106 million shit.
