Several “Dancing With the Stars” cast members responded to the photos.

“Hot,” professional dancer Emma Slater agreed.
“Looking great, Lele,” Season 32 competitor Mauricio Umansky added.

Before appearing on “Dancing With the Stars,” Pons shared her workout and diet tips with fans.
According to Hola, in 2021 she worked with fitness trainer Diana Maux to achieve her fitness goals. Pons did planks, squats and other muscle-toning exercises. Pons also changed her diet after admitting that she drank soda and ate chocolate every day. Pons swapped oat milk and cashew milk for dairy products, incorporated low-calorie, healthy snacks into her diet, and reduced her consumption of meat and cheese.
Lele Pons isn’t the only celebrity to have a body transformation on Dancing With the Stars
“Dancing With the Stars” has long been known as a great workout for its contestants. Kelly Osbourne, who appeared on the show in 2009, once told Access Hollywood that she lost 42 pounds while on the show. “Louis van Amstel and ‘Dancing With the Stars’ changed my life, and as cheesy and cliche as it sounds, America had the biggest part in that,” she told the outlet (according to E! News).
As for season 32, ousted contestant Mauricio Umansky revealed that he also lost weight in the ballroom. “Physically, I’ve changed tremendously,” the agency’s founder told People magazine. “Since I started this trip, I had just come back from Italy, so I ate a lot of pasta, [and] drink a lot of wine.”
“I went on a great diet. I lost 20 pounds in six weeks,” he added of his time on DWTS. “I am [in] in better physical condition than ever before.”
