There was a major shakeup among the coaching staff before the Week 11 game between the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills.

The Bills fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and promoted quarterbacks coach Joe Brady to fill the role.

Head coach Robert Saleh was asked on Wednesday, November 15th how this would change the pre-game schedule.

“[Joe] Brady is a very talented young man. From a schematic standpoint, we have our thoughts [but] I won’t go into detail here. From a play-calling standpoint, we have our thoughts [but] I won’t go into detail here. Obviously there will be some nuances and changes. “You don’t change coordinators unless you expect something to be different,” Saleh explained.

“At the same time, they are who they are if they are expected to reinvent the wheel on such short notice. It is an extremely talented football team. They’re still a top-10 offense despite changing coordinators.”
