HGTV star Jeremiah Brent wears many hats, from designer to reality star to husband and father. In an October 17 Instagram post, Brent revealed that he had his eye on a new role: that of author, by announcing the release of his first-ever book, The Space That Keeps You: When Home Becomes a Love Story. The book will be published on February 20, 2024 and can be pre-ordered now.

Now, in an Instagram post on November 9th, Brent explained what he means by “The Space That Keeps You” and why he chose it as the title for his book.

“Ten years into our relationship, Nate and I had moved ten times,” Brent wrote in the caption of his post.

He added: “#TheSpaceThatKeepsYou is my journey to find our forever home.” Our legacy. I sat on these very steps when I was 29, writing my vows and dreaming of the life Nate and I would have together. Many years, two children, one miraculous sale and one book later, here we are… Here’s to the spaces that hold us.”

Jeremiah’s book will include stories about his family, as he shared the dedication of his book in his original announcement post.

“To [my husband] Nate, you broke life with your love. And to that [our children] Poppy and Oskar, our dream, our truth, our miracles. Our home will always be anchored in your arms.”

Brent went on to explain what his book will be about on his website. There he wrote: “Through candid conversations with nine individuals and families of diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and geographies, Jeremiah reveals how and why the spaces we live in feel like they truly belong to us – the memories, the emotions and stories.” that shape what home means.”

Fans can’t wait to read Brent’s new book and used his November post to share their excitement.

“I love your love story, I can’t wait to read the book,” one user wrote.

“Beautiful you, beautiful family. I can’t imagine moving that much! I hope you’re really back home. I can’t wait to read your book. I hope you have one [book] Trip. Ann Arbor Wed ❤️,” another fan added.

“You and Nate seem to keep it real, family life, work, travel, etc. It sometimes looks perfect in the photos but you always seem kind and considerate ❤️,” a third user commented.

Fans loved Jeremiah Brent’s Halloween costume

Many HGTV stars have shared photos of their Halloween costumes on social media, although Brent may have laughed the most out of his followers. Brent’s Oct. 31 post featured his inflatable horse leg costume, which transformed him into a centaur. “Business comes first…♐️,” Brent captioned the post.

“We are hilarious, typical, fun-loving Sagittarius people. 🙌 😂 😂 😂,” one user commented, referring to the zodiac sign represented by a centaur.

“Ha ha this is awesome 😂 😂 😂 😂,” another fan wrote.

“Just fooling around in the office? 💗 🐴,” a third user added.
