Despite his performance during the Weinlesefest cutscene, Hoyoverse has yet to confirm many details Mika from Genshin Impact. Of course, we can’t help but admire the sweet little blond boy with blue eyes, so we’ve collected every little crumb of information we could find on this elusive new character, here for your perusal.
For more information on current and upcoming characters, check out our Genshin Impact level list and Genshin Impact next banner guide. We also have a list of all new Genshin Impact codes and some build guides for the Sumeru characters, including Genshin Impact’s Tighnari, Genshin Impact’s Collei, and Genshin Impact’s Cyno.
Genshin Impact Mika
Who is Mika from Genshin Impact?
Mika is a four-star cryo polearm wielder and will join the roster alongside Genshin Impact’s Dehya in version 3.5.
We got our first official look at him via the Genshin Impact 3.1 livestream, where he introduces himself as a surveyor for the Reconnaissance Company. He then reads Grandmaster Varka’s letter, occasionally stumbling over his words and moving nervously.
Despite his shy demeanor, Mika has to go on expedition missions. He was a surveyor on Genshin Impact Eula’s team before the grandmaster appointed him as a key member of the front-line scouting team. Despite his high position, he is shown to be shy and nervous around others.
When is the Genshin Impact Mika banner?
Due to Hoyoverse’s drip marketing and multiple Genshin Impact leaks, we think Mika will appear on a banner during version 3.5, though we’re not sure if he’ll be in stage one or two. Since he is a four-star character, he should also join the pool of four-star characters available on all banners after this. For more information, keep an eye on our Genshin Impact banner guide.
What are Genshin Impact Mika’s skills?
Hoyoverse has yet to confirm anything about Mika’s skills or talents, though closer to the next Genshin Impact update and livestream, we should get some more information.
However, this reliable leak suggests he’s a supporting character who buffs his allies. The leak also suggests he uses a combination of a crossbow and a spear in his attacks, giving him a balance between ranged and melee options.
